Affiliate Disclosure and Affiliate Programme Terms

Part 1: affiliate links you may see

• Some members take part in the oolibuzz affiliate programme. When they share a link to oolibuzz with ?ref= in it, they may earn a share of what oolibuzz earns from people who join through that link. It costs you nothing.
• Affiliates must say clearly that such links are affiliate links (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link"), as UK advertising rules (the CAP Code and consumer protection law) require. Please report any affiliate who does not.
• If you accept advertising and affiliate cookies, oolibuzz remembers which affiliate sent you for 30 days; if you do not, only for your current visit. Cookie choices.

Part 2: the oolibuzz affiliate programme (people who promote oolibuzz)

These terms apply to members accepted into the programme ("affiliates"). How the programme works.

• Joining: any member with a confirmed email may apply when the programme is open. oolibuzz may accept or refuse any application and may suspend an affiliate. Your code is permanent.
• Your link: https://oolibuzz.com/?ref=your-code. A referral is recorded when someone signs up during the visit in which they used your link, or within 30 days if they accepted affiliate cookies. A member can be referred only once.
• Commission: a share, at the rate for your tier (never more than 80%), of income oolibuzz actually received that is connected with members you referred, for the earning window shown on the programme page, and any fixed reward oolibuzz chooses to offer. Rates, tiers and windows may change for future periods. Nothing is guaranteed; oolibuzz may have no income.
• Disclosure: you must say clearly that your links are affiliate links wherever you share them.
• Not allowed: referring yourself or accounts you control, spam, buying traffic, misleading claims about oolibuzz or about earnings, and pretending to be oolibuzz.
• Invalid referrals (self-referrals, sign-ups from your own network, fraud) earn nothing; earnings connected with them may be reversed before they are paid.
• Payment: earnings are estimated, then confirmed, then held for a fraud check before they become available. You can ask for a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard. oolibuzz pays by hand and will contact you for payment details; tax on your earnings is your responsibility.
• Your data: we keep your application, your referrals, counts of link visits (as scrambled codes, never IP addresses) and your earnings and payouts. Deleting your account suspends your link at once and removes this data; payout records keep only your code and the amounts, for oolibuzz's accounts.
• oolibuzz may change or end the programme with notice; earnings already confirmed will still be paid unless connected to fraud.
